Terms & Conditions for Villa Rentals
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis of your rental agreement when booking one of our villas in Spain.
1. Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.
2. Cancellations
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, we will retain your deposit.
- If you cancel 8 weeks or less before arrival, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
3. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is from 16:00 (4 PM).
- Check-out is by 10:00 (10 AM).
- In case of delayed travel (e.g. flights), please inform us as soon as possible.
4. Occupancy
- The villas may only be occupied by the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
5. Linen & Cleaning
- We provide towels (including pool towels), bed linen, blankets/duvets, pillows, and kitchen linen.
- For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay linen change and villa cleaning are included, typically scheduled around the seventh day.
- Additional cleaning services are available on request for an additional fee.
6. Swimming Pool
- Pools are not heated and are generally available for use from April to October, though they are maintained year-round.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety, particularly with children, who must never be left unattended in or around the pool area.
7. General Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Pets may be considered upon prior request and approval—please contact us by email before booking.
- The villas have limited accessibility for guests with disabilities. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific needs.
- Our staff or villa manager may require access during your stay for maintenance or other essential reasons; in such cases, you will be notified in advance.
8. Damages & Breakages
- Please report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the villa manager as soon as possible.
9. Security Deposit (Pre-Authorization)
- A pre-authorized hold will be placed on your payment card three (3) days prior to your arrival as a security deposit against any serious damage or breakages to the property.
- The amount will not be charged unless necessary and will be automatically released six (6) days after check-out, provided no significant damage or loss has occurred.
- If damage is identified, we reserve the right to make appropriate deductions from the held amount, and you will be notified in writing.
10. Liability
- We are not liable for any accident, loss, or theft that occurs during your stay.
- Guests are advised to keep the property securely locked when unoccupied.
- Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended. If you are travelling from within the EEC, please ensure you bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or equivalent.
11. Directions
