Booking Terms & Conditions

The deposit is 30% of the full rental amount and is payable at the time of the booking. The balance is payable up to 8 weeks before the date of your arrival. If you fail to pay the balance within this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so by email and if we receive notice of cancellation more than 8 weeks before your date of arrival we will retain your deposit. If we receive notice of cancellation 8 weeks or less before your date of arrival we will retain 100% of the rental amount.

Detailed directions to your villa will be sent after the last instalment has been paid.

Check in is from 16.00 and check out by 10.00.

If your flight is delayed or you cannot travel for any reason, please advise us as soon as possible.

The villas may only be used by the number of persons declared on the booking form.

Towels, pool towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets or duvets are provided as well as kitchen linen. For clients who stay longer than a week the linen will be changed. This is included in the price and will be done on a day convenient to the guest (generally after seven days), as well as the cleaning of the villa. If you require extra cleaning services, this is available for a fee.

The pools are not heated and, in principle, can be used from April to October. They are, however, kept clean all year round. Pool safety is the guest’s responsibility. Children should NEVER be left without supervision in the pool area.

Please inform our manager of any breakages etc. as soon as possible.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villas.

Should it be necessary for the manager to gain access to your villa during your stay our employee will be granted admission.

The Estate cannot be held responsible for accident, loss or theft during your stay. You are advised to make sure your property is properly locked when you are not on the premises.

Travel and medical insurance (or EHIC if travelling from within the EEC) is highly recommended.
